2024 Juneteenth Jubilee Vendor Agreement
Thank you for agreeing to join us on Saturday, June 22nd from 11:30 am – 6:30 pm and 11:30 am – 4:00 pm for the Health Zone and Kid Zone areas for our annual Juneteenth Jubilee, our theme this year is Healing our Soul. Our celebration will be held in the Downtown Columbus, 4th Street Entertainment District. Set-up time for all areas begins at 9:00 am. All areas should be ready to receive guests at 11:30 am. Please fill out the application form and remit payment. Payments can be mailed (personal or cashier check) to NAACP Columbus Bartholomew Branch 3071, 1531 13th Street, Suite 1310, Columbus, IN 47201, or electronically at www.naacp.barth3071@gmail.com for application and www.naacp-3071.org (under the donations tab) for payment, before the deadline. All applications received after the deadline will be considered on a space-available basis. Any checks that do not clear will be assessed an administrative fee of $45.00. This year we will have one ceremony beginning at 5:15 pm, food and commercial vendors may begin to clean at 4:45 pm if they wish to attend the ceremony. All booths must be cleaned up by 7:00 pm.
All vendors may pay an additional $10.00 to have their placed on social media and the NAACP Juneteenth flyer. Additional sponsorship opportunities are available, contact Tracey Clark at traceyclark1107@gmail.com or (785) 375-1650.

Signed Vendor contract and fee must be submitted by May 28, 2024 for Food Vendors and June 4, 2024 for all others
NAACP or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any liability, lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise, or any injury incurred by a vendor during the Juneteenth Celebration. The NAACP reserves the right to censor and ask vendors to leave the event should they not conform to this agreement or display items that are considered in poor taste or offensive.
